Wil-Moore Farms Pasture Raised Products When we feed animals their original diet, we are feeding them food that is most in harmony with their digestive system. Beef
All natural, lean, pasture raised
Our beef is raised its entire life on pasture and is grass-fed except during the winter. While the animals are on winter hay, we supplement them with two pounds per day of a natural vegetable based high protein and carbohydrates custom mixed ration. Our beef is sold by the cut and a quarter. We also produce excellent beef breakfast and flavored sausages.
Pork
All natural, lean, pasture raised
We raise a heritage breed, Tamworth, which is the oldest English breed. Tamworth prefers the outdoors and love living on pasture year round. They are long and lean and well known for their bacon. Their red skin and able to forage makes them perfect for the hot days of summer. Our pork is sold by the cut. The sausage is available as breakfast, Italian and chorizo.
Lamb and Goat
All natural, lean, pasture raised
In our desire to provide you with pasture based products, we have reached out to other farms and work hand-in-hand with a network of like minded farmers to help each other distribute our products. We purchase lambs and goats from farms that raise their animals humanely on pasture, as we do, and have them harvested. Our lamb and goat products are available by the cut. We also produce an excellent lamb breakfast sausage.
Happy Cow Creamery
All natural, pasture raised, grass-fed
Happy Cow Creamery is a unique on-the-farm bottling operation offering high quality fresh milk directly from its own dairy cows. Happy Cow is part of our network of farms. We make weekly trips to the creamery to deliver our products for distribution in the upstate and bring theirs to the midlands for distribution and sale.
